Service Advisor (SEAT & CUPRA)
At Duff Morgan, we are committed to ‘exceeding
expectations' and we are looking to recruit a Service Advisor with the same
ethos to support our team at CUPRA / SEAT (Norwich).
We are seeking a Service Advisor with fantastic
customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within our
busy and well-established family-owned company.
Delivering An exceptional customer service, every
time if the goal for Duff Morgan, and you will have this at the forefront of
everything you do.
You will have experience in a automotive service advisory role, you will have had experience in a customer facing,
front of house role. You will be enthusiastic, robust and have a positive
attitude to work and show empathy and care to our valued customers. VAG experience would be beneficial
Duties include (but not limited to)
- ·Meeting & greet
customers on arrival to our service department and providing them with a
seamless, professional, and efficient service, from drop-off to vehicle
handover.
- ·Answer and respond
to customer telephone calls and online enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- ·Making booking pre-calls
prior to customer appointments to confirm appointment booking.
- ·Effectively promote
the Service Departments additional products and services to enhance our
customers ownership experience.
- ·Act as the vital
link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts,
and the sales team.
- ·Providing customers
with regular progress updates on their vehicle and gaining authorising for additional
works if required.
- ·To make the
customer's experience as enjoyable as possible, whilst providing the very
highest level of customer service.
- ·Contacting customers
to inform of their upcoming service events with a view of making appointments add
value to the customers ownership experience.

documentation

Required
- ·Full UK Driving
License (preferred but not essential)
- ·Legally entitled to
work in the UK
- ·English language,
written and verbal.
Additional Details
- ·Job Type:
Full-time contract
- ·Salary: £31,000 per annum, plus potential commission
- ·Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
- ·Saturday morning,
8.00am to 12.30pm (1 in 3) as per rota.
- ·Experience: Franchise
service experience preferred but not essential
