At Duff Morgan, we are committed to ‘exceeding expectations' and we are looking to recruit an Express Service Manager at our Kings Lynn dealership with the same ethos.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.30 am and 6.00 pm, the ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role.

Duties include;

  • To ensure that customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
  • As the first point of contact, to ensure customers receive a friendly welcome, whilst receiving and booking in their vehicles
  • To understand customer requirements and record information accurately.
  • To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the department and its equipment on an ongoing basis
  • To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
  • To identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
  • To work with other departments to facilitate the timely servicing and repair of vehicles.
  • To ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the Company, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
  • To complete paperwork thoroughly, completing in advance where possible to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Management of the Express Reception including Service Advisors
  • To carry out any other administrative tasks as required

A full UK Driving License is essential.
