Some of your responsibilities will include:
The successful applicant will be driven to achieve both new and pre-owned CUPRA sales targets. Helped in part by having the highest quality new CUPRA vehicle display and the very best pre-owned CUPRA products.
Generating sales leads and prospects for new and pre-owned CUPRA vehicles, you will increase brand awareness by organising events to attract new customers and through producing engaging social media content. Working with the Retailer Marketing team, and CUPRA HQ, you’ll devise and manage monthly communication with customers.
Delivering an exclusive and bespoke customer experience, you will be able to highlight the key features and benefits of CUPRA products, and tailor the sales experience for the customer.
Customer care does not end once the sale is complete – you will be responsible for excellent post-sale care, driving customer loyalty and retention. We are looking for customer service experts rather than just looking for someone from the automotive industry – so previous experience in a dealership is not essential.
Full training and support are provided to help you immerse yourself in the CUPRA values. CUPRA Specialists will be working independently, so excellent organisation and self-motivation will be needed to meet targets. You’ll be trusted to make decisions autonomously so someone with a bold approach to their work will fit right in with the CUPRA Tribe.
This role could be right if you:
Demonstrate previous experience providing fantastic customer service
Are passionate about motor sports or the automotive industry
Understand how to reach out to potential customers in the digital age.
Working on-site, you will be flexible to work full time hours between Monday – Sunday.
