Vehicle Preparation Specialist / Valeter : Duff Morgan, Norwich

Duff Morgan is a family run business established in 1909 with branches in Norwich, representing brands, CITROEN, PEUGEOT, CUPRA & SEAT.

At Duff Morgan we are committed in ‘exceeding expectations’ and we are looking to recruit a Vehicle Preparation Specialist / Valeter, for our busy Norwich branches with the same ethos.

You will be responsible for ensuring the sites used vehicle stock are displayed to the best of their ability, and at the soonest possible opportunity. This will involve valeting the new stock arrivals to a high standard in readiness for being marketed physically and online. You will also be required in assisting the sales departments with the taking and uploading of vehicle video and imagery of the used vehicle inventory. Other duties will include site maintenance. Other duties include, but not limited to, litter picking, grass cutting, cleaning of signage and other essential tasks to ensure the site is always tidy and presentable

Our customers deserve the best service and attention to detail and as such you will be a very important and integral part of the aftersales team.

This is a busy and physical position, so the ideal applicant will have good level of energy and mobility

You will benefit from working in a main dealer environment with great working conditions, equipment and with the full support of our other Valters and management team.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm

Vehicle valeting experience is essential

Basic understanding of digital systems and IT hardware
Flexible working schedule when called upon in busy periods

Robust history of reliability and stability in your career
Full & valid UK driving licence
Be entitled to work in the UK

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Valeting of used vehicle stock
Carrying out imagery of stock
Capturing of vehicle imagery and uploading to various digital portals
Valeting cover during holidays and absences
Forecourt management
Driving duties
General non-skilled site maintenance
