Key responsibilities

- Service administration, preparation for customer appointment

- Inbound and outbound booking/progress/CSI follow up calls

- Supporting service reception when required with ‘non-specific duties’

- Follow the process of Manufacturer’s Warranty claims from compilation through to managing monetary reconciliation

- Manage warranty parts return & disposal

- Ensure that all claims are made up to the maximum entitlement for the repair carried out

- Maintain a good working relationship between the Authorised Repairer & Manufacturer

- To consistently work to the Manufacturers auditable standard

Competence requirements

- Be able to produce accurate, neat and auditable admin with a forensic attention to detail

- Possess good self-organisation skills

- High work standards

- Be able to handle close scrutiny of work

- Have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and flexibility in handling multiple tasks

- To be able to work under pressure to specific timescales

- To be a strong assertive decision maker

Experience

- Previous warranty administration experience preferred (preferably VAG, PSA), however candidates with linked (motor trade) experience (for example service advisor etc.) will also be considered
