At Duff Morgan, we are committed to ‘exceeding expectations' and we are looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator with the same ethos to join our team in Norwich.

The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting our warranty claims in accordance with our manufacturers’ warranty procedures whilst ensuring our customers receive the very highest standard of service, ensuring that their experience is flawless, memorable and that each customer is 100% completely satisfied.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Following our manufacturers’ warranty claim procedures (compilation, submission, reconciliation to payment)
  • Manage warranty parts return & disposal
  • Maintain good working relationships with our manufacturers
  • Consistently working to our manufacturers’ auditable standards

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Person Specification

  • Previous warranty administration experience essential (preferably VAG, PSA), however candidates with linked experience (for example service advisor etc.) will also be considered
  • Be able to produce accurate, neat and auditable admin with a forensic attention to detail
  • Possess good self-organisation skills
  • High work standards
  • Be able to handle close scrutiny of work
  • Have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and flexibility in handling multiple tasks
  • Able to work under pressure to specific timescales
  • Be a strong assertive decision maker

Salary: From £24,000 per year
