CUPRA Norwich is looking for an experienced and highly organised Parts & Warranty Specialist to join our team.

THE ROLE

As our Parts & Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our Aftersales operation. You will be responsible for ensuring parts and warranty processes are managed accurately and efficiently, helping our workshop and customers receive the highest possible level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vehicle warranty claims from submission through to completion.
  • Ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant and processed within manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ordering, receiving and managing vehicle parts.
  • Liaising with technicians, Service Advisors, manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for vehicles.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Monitoring outstanding warranty claims and ensuring they are progressed promptly.
  • Supporting the Service and Parts departments to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all manufacturer processes and standards are followed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience is essential.

You must have experience in either:

  • A vehicle Parts Department, or
  • A franchise motor dealership environment with hands-on experience of vehicle warranty administration and claims.

We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident working in a busy automotive environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and/or warranty processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good IT and administration skills.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry.
